Hugh Stirts, NDEQHugh Stirts has served as the Small Business & Public Assistance Coordinator with the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality for 7 years. He has held positions with Strategic Air Command as the Director of Environmental Management and with US Army Corps of Engineers as Chief of Technological Services. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Biology. Topic: Small Business Compliance Assistance and the NDEQ Do you have lots of environmental questions and not sure who to ask? This session will introduce you to the purpose of the program and how your business can benefit from this free resource.
