Hugh Stirts, NDEQHugh Stirts has served as the Small Business & Public Assistance Coordinator with the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality for 7 years. He has held positions with Strategic Air Command as the Director of Environmental Management and with US Army Corps of Engineers as Chief of Technological Services. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Biology. Topic: Small Business Compliance Assistance and the NDEQ Do you have lots of environmental questions and not sure who to ask?
