Speakers:
Tonya Ngotel has been with Nebraska Emergency Management Agency for five year. Tonya began her career with NEMA as an Exercise Training Officer and then became the Coordinator for the State Emergency Response Commission. Tonya has been instrumental in assisting communities across the state in complying with the EPCRA regulations.

Mark Lohnes has been with the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality for twenty years. Mark spent fifteen years working with the NDEQ Leaking Underground Storage Tank Program. Mark is currently the SARA Title III Program Coordinator for the NDEQ. Mark's duties include maintaining the chemical inventory records for the State Emergency Response Commission.
