Moderator: James Klar, Nebraska Safety Council James Klar is the Director of Workplace Safety and Member Services with the Nebraska Safety Council. He holds a degree in Education from Kearney State College and has been with the Council for over 6 years. He has held various positions in manufacturing management for 15 years prior to coming to the Council. As Director, James coordinates open enrollment safety training, on-site and customized training and safety consulting.
