Video Rental Library
NEBRASKA SAFETY COUNCIL MEMBERS:
Members may borrow up to three videos per order from the Nebraska Safety Council’s Video Library FREE as part of their membership benefits. There is only a $6.00 - $11.00 fee for shipping and handling (this fee depends on how many videos are being shipped and to where they are being sent). There is no fee if the videos are picked up at our office. The rental period is 10 days.NON-MEMBERS:
Nebraska Only: Non-Members may borrow up to three videos per order at the rate of $35.00 per video, including shipping and handling charges. (The library does not rent or ship videos out of state.)HOW TO MAKE RESERVATIONS:
We encourage you to reserve videos well in advance of desired showing date (preferably at least 24 business hours). Many users book an entire year’s schedule of videos to support their training. The Nebraska Safety Council’s staff is eager to help you do that.Click on the category above to be shown a list of available videos. Click on the title for which you need more information. You may reserve the video from its description page. YOU MUST SPECIFY A DATE YOU WANT THE VIDEO DELIVERED FOR SHOWING. Please return videos promptly after showing so that other requests may be filled.
LATE FEE:
Videos not returned by the due date will incur a $35.00 per week late charge. If additional time is needed, contact the Nebraska Safety Council to ask if special arrangements can be made. Users who have an outstanding overdue order may not request more videos until the late video(s) are returned.SHIPPING AND LIABILITY:
When returning materials, please insure each video for a minimum of $500.00. For your protection, all videos must be returned via traceable shipping service. You may be held responsible for any videos lost or damaged when shipped uninsured or via an untraceable service. RETURN VIDEOS IN ORIGINAL SHIPPING CONTAINERS.RESPONSIBILITY:
Borrowers are asked to handle materials with due care. Videos must be rewound before returning. Please report any damage so that we can make the necessary repairs. To insure against destruction, please keep videos away from heat and moisture and do not show a video suspected of being damaged.Borrowers agree to conform to all federal copyright laws. Reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited. Videos may not be transferred from one organization to another, nor may they be shown where an admission or a fee is charged, nor
may they be televised.
Our safety videos are intended to supplement the formal instruction provided by the Nebraska Safety Council, and are not a substitute for safety training.
Rental from the Video Library is available for Nebraska residents only.
