From tragedy to triumph, Kevin Saunders has risen to become one of the world's greatest wheelchair athletes an top inspirational speaker and motivational coaches today.
An athlete during his college education, after graduation he took a job as a Federal Inspector in Corpus Christi, TX as a Federal Inspector for the USDA. During a USDA examination of a facility, Kevin was injured in the worst grain elevator accident in Texas history. The explosion, which left 30 people dead, threw him over 300 feet through the air onto a concrete parking lot. After nearly a year in the hospital, Kevin returned to what was left of his life as a paraplegic.
He turned the setback into a success. He became a world champion wheelchair athlete, a nationally-recognized motivational coach, the first Paralympian and person with a disability appointed to the President’s Council on Physical Fitness & Sports, pushed his wheelchair 2,500 miles in the USA and 5 countries in Europe, authored several books, and has received over 100 commendations, proclamations, and awards for his work to improve health, fitness, and education.

Stefana Saxton serves as a Business Innovation Strategist for VMware where she works with clients to assess long term business goals and then strategically identify, prioritize and execute mission critical business improvements and innovations that add value for VMware clients and business partners.
She has worked with clients in healthcare, finance, engineering, programs, operations, information technology, manufacturing and development.
Prior to her current role, Saxton held leadership positions in energy & infrastructure (Black & Veatch) Department of Defense (Alliant Techsystems), aerospace (Ultrax Aerospace), Department of Energy (Honeywell FM&T), and telecommunications consulting (Akinnovate). She holds Bachelor Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Music, and a Master in Business Administration. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP).
