Leticia Meitzen is a skilled and experienced professional who has dedicated her career to empowering communities throughout the United States. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has more than 20 years of experience working in the non-profit sector, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact.

Throughout her career, Leticia has worked with various communities, including Omaha, East LA, South Chicago, San Antonio, Washington DC, and New York City. Her experience as a lobbyist and Vice President of a top child advocacy agency in Washington DC has given her a deep understanding of the importance of effective communication, emotional intelligence, and active listening.

Leticia holds several certifications, including D.E.I.B., Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Active Listening, and Body Language. In 2023, she became one of only 40 NCAP's Racial Healing Practitioners. She is currently pursuing her IDI certification and has over 20 years of experience in training.
