Learn signs and symptoms of physiological afflictions and illnesses that occur to the body due to overworking. Learn management and prevention techniques to ensure a productive and safe workplace.
Session Four: What are the four goals of misbehavior?
Every behavior has a purpose. Understanding misbehaviors at the workplace reduces resistance, improves awareness, creates empathy, reduces conflict, and increases effective communication skills. Learn how to distinguish and properly handle misbehaviors at the workplace.
