NESC offers two online Health Risk Assessments:risk assessment surveys

  • The Worker 360 Survey is free to NESC members and provides you with a broad scope of wellness topics along with a culture audit. The Worker360 Survey is ideal as your first step in kicking off your wellness program.
  • The IMPACT Survey is more comprehensive in nature and allows companies to customize key questions, survey multiple locations, track annual ROI, define current wellness culture, aggregate and cohort reporting options, and measure results against national and industry wide comparisons.
