Health Coaching

NESC works with each company to establish their coaching preference. NESC Health Coaches include Registered Dietitians, Fitness Trainers, and Wellness Specialists.

  • Coaches are trained in Motivational Interviewing-allowing individuals to lead the way along their wellness journey.
  • Companies can customize health risk levels and associated number of coaching sessions.
  • Coaching sessions are available on-site, via telephone or zoom as defined by the company. Coaching appointments average 20 minutes or longer/shorter as specified by the company.
